Rozemarije is a certified 200 hours Yoga instructor with a wealth of body knowledge. She offers gentle flowing yoga classes that leave you feel calm and revitalised. In her kind and loving way she works with the physical body, yet at the same time brings you in a different realm where time and work don’t exist. This is the magic of yoga.
“Yoga offers such a balanced and comprehensive way to take care of yourself, that I can not recommend it enough. The body and mind feel better when there is free movement range. Hence doing gentle stretches and movement to increasing your flexibility and strength is necessary for optimal health and a good functioning posture. Optimal health requires a bit of daily work. In my yoga we do these movements while slowing down and focusing on our breath, this calms the nervous system and stills the mind. You’ll become more centred and at peace”.

These classes are a combination of Yoga Therapy (tailored exercises for your body) and Self Practice.
Area’s where we bring extra focus on are:
– opening the chest (to adjust a slumped posture or over tight neck and shoulder muscles)
– hips (to compensate for the many hours of sitting/driving we do)
Classes are limited to 5 students, so please book in and text me if you need to cancel

Beginners Yoga
A slower paced Yoga class focused on finding more range of movement, improving joint mobility & spinal flexibility and supporting your mental health. This class is a beautiful and supportive group – ALL welcome.

Weaving together the wisdom of Yoga and the teachings of my training, this combination brings contentment and happiness to your soul.

Vinyasa Flow
Flow with grace, heart, balance.
This class aims to increase strength, improve flexibility and release tension. Expect a bit more challenge and sometimes a fun pose to get you out of your comfort zone.
